Terms & Conditions/ FAQ-s

1. updates will be done on this site and via emails

2. emails/ confirmation on orders will be checked and replied to within 24 hours, unless otherwise stated

3. no reserving of slots (email us and we'll see what we can work out with)

4. PAYMENT IS TO BE MADE FIRST (POSB or UOB bank transfer or CONCEALED CASH)

5. a word document for the shortfall in shipping will be done to show the breakdown of costs

6. refunds would be made if item(s) are Out of Stock or spree is cancelled

7. MEETUPS are only at our convenience, AMK, Bishan, Orchard, Somerset. (other locations would be subjected to an additional cost of $2.50)

8. postage options: normal/ REGISTERED (highly recommended as would be able to track item)

9. $0.50 would be taken as handling fee for every 2 items or part thereof (bubble wrap would be available upon request but at an additional cost, depending on the size of item)
For Example
1-2 items, $0.50
3-4 items, $1
5-6 items, $1.50
7-8 items, $2
9-10 items, $2.50
and so on.
